We moved in with the understanding we would have two walls painted before move-in. We made sure to clarify due to having two small infants. Our move in date came and nor only did we not have any walls painted, but there were several repairs that needed to be made, and the apartment walls/blinds/floors were so filthy it took us hours to scrub. We let the leasing office know and they said "that's really strange."
Every time anything has broken, we have notified maintenance right away (when you have two babies, you kinda have to) and there has never been a sense of urgency.
The staff is unpleasant and rude. A few weeks ago, I took my kids to the back pool only to find a rat floating in it. I called the office immediately and the woman said, "that's so gross, I'll send someone down there asap." The rat was removed, but the pool was never drained. If you have dead rats in your pool, you drain and sterilize it. Period. Worst complex I've ever lived at. Ever!
