Drove 27 miles to Gateway Chevrolet after being told the specific car was ready to be seen. Get there in the car is being serviced and we were unable to see that specific car. After waiting and driving all that way the sales guy tells us that he'll drive the car out to us the following day. Never heard from him... We even called there and asked for our sales guy but he was unavailable. We were told he would call us back. Never did! Gateway Chevrolet it is obviously lacking experience with customer service.
