If you have a choice, avoid this business like the plague! We had them sent to us by roadside assistance and it couldn't have been worse.. They told us they were on the way approx 45 minutes. After it had been over an hour we called and they said they were running behind but would be there soon. After almost 2 hours we get a call saying that they are unable to make it...what?!!? I wish they would have just told us this in the first place and we would have called someone else. We called their operator and she was totally rude, basically having zero remorse at all for our situation. When you are stuck on the side of the road and basically helpless you depend on places like his, hence the name "Roadside Assistance".
So we call back roadside assistance and they tried to send them to us again, we asked for someone different and they complied.
I am actually in the automotive industry and deal with two companies like this often. The only reason they stay in business is that they are contracted through businesses that offer roadside assistance (i.e. Auto insurance, car warranties, etc.). This allows them to stay in business and the customer has no idea, and really no other choice unless you request a different company. That being said, you do have a choice. Your service may default to them but you can request a different company and from my experience they just go to the "next company on the list".
If you've taken the time to read this and their other reviews you can tell that, overwhelmingly, this place under delivers to say the least. Be smart and use someone else...I wish I had.
