I am AMAZED that this place has clients. I have been waiting since July 2014 for a speech evaluation for my son. EVERY time I call I am told that there are no openings for evaluations and that they CANNOT schedule me out. SIX plus months and not ONE opening?? I called today and was told my son's referral is going to expire soon, talked to various people for 20 minutes and when the call finally reached scheduling was told that there are still no openings in the schedule for all the locations, but to call back on Sunday because that is when they get their cancellations. REALLY!?!?!?! Again with the "we can't schedule you", but at least I wasn't told they'd be calling me. Kicker is I'm paying out of pocket .. maybe that's the hold up? I just want services for my son and find it hard to believe that they can't schedule out. Even if the appointment was for April at least we'd have our foot in the door as I've been told that once the evaluation is complete getting actual speech appointments is a breeze.
