I bought my new Chevy Silverado from Ballweg. Eric was the salesman. I don't move very fast with my decisions when making big purchases and he was patient with me throughout the whole process. There was no pressure, well, just the right amount. But it was helpful!
All follow-ups with Eric and the dealership have been very good. They followed up on all of their promises and I didn't have to beg for good customer service. Even the service department is friendly and clean!
If I ever replace this Silverado, I'd buy another one from Ballweg Chev. You just can't beat good customer service and I will reward them for theirs.
