We will never rent from this company again. Upon picking up the vehicle, we were asked if we wanted to purchase additional car insurance. The woman at the counter was very pushy and said the vehicle we were renting was worth $40K. Mind you - we rented a Kia suv. Probably brand new it wasn't worth more than $20K. But this vehicle had over 40K miles on it, numerous dings and a dent on the bumper. Then to top it off, it smelled like sauerkraut the whole time.
We normally rent from Enterprise which we have always been happy with, but Advantage was about $5.00 cheaper per day. Big mistake. Never again!
