1 star is way too much credit for this place. What a joke! Never ever have I consistently been treated with such disrespect.
When Doctor Laven used to run this practice it was actually nice, his staff was friendly. Now everyone is RUDE and unpleasant,especially Ashley . The front staff question you over the phone as if they were the Doctors! they ask you for very private details of your illness, prescriptions etc, they don't take no for an answer and keep on asking you wanting to know details about your medical record.
They treat you rude and condescending. Further more you will wait 45 mins to an hour to get in and then another 15-20 mins to see a Dr.
If you are looking for a new Dr, PLEASE, PLEASE look else where! I am looking for a new Dr after 18 yrs because this place disgusted me.
Don't waste your time and dignity, look elsewhere.
This place should be shout down, shame on the doctors!
