I went to this store on the weekend and went to the garden section. There were lots of employees but nobody who would stop and help, even when requested. One lady even rushed past us as we asked for help and she literally said, "No way Jose". Wow, that is rude. The most recent trip was during the week, as I thought it would be less hectic. The place was empty, but there was nobody working in the door section. One nice older gentlemen tried to help, but he announced that he had retired and he didn't expect all this stress. He said to look for someone else, but nobody was working there. At the front desk, we waited but were told that the "door person" was in a meeting and they didn't know when he would be done. I only wanted to know what installation of a door would cost, but they could not tell me. Very disappointing. I will go to Ace or Lowe's next time.
