Well, Considering they stated they would be there at my house between 1 and 4 and didnt show and another time between 10am-2pm. Didnt bother to call and say they were running behind until after 2 o'clock!!! Left messages and no return calls back. Bad customer service. I havent had a chance to see their work yet but not impressed AT ALLLLL!!! Bad start!!!!! And these are the people that are used under my home warranty so I have no option but to put up with this, otherwise thry would be out the door!!!
