I will give this location 5 stars, due to my experience today. I had no issues whatsoever, but another guy seemed to be having some. He apparently didn't have socks for his child to wear in the play area, as required, and the staff kindly offered him some for the reasonable price of $1. He was upset that he would have to buy some (like it's their fault he didn't have some with!) but went back for his money, and then comes back for the socks... and then blows up when the price is $1.05! I'm sorry, was it a secret that there is a tax on goods and services in Canada? I thought everyone knew. Well the cashier looked taken aback by his absurdly angry tone, and told him that's ok, he didn't need to pay the 5 cents, but the guy obviously didn't hear, as he stormed off, ranting all the while. He comes back with a nickel and proceeds to tear a strip off ALL the staff, LOUDLY demanding names, demanding to speak to the manager, and demanding to get the regional manager's number, etc, trying to embarrass all the staff and get someone fired, all because HE'S having a bad day. Well buddy, if you're reading this, I gave my name and number to the staff and informed them that if ANYONE took your hissy fit seriously, to have them call me, so I can explain what REALLY happened. I will gladly take the time out of my day to do that, because NO ONE deserves the abuse you heaped on those poor people today. Now take a chill pill and get back under your bridge.
