Ok, this is a weird one. My 1 star is only for their technician, Armando who did a great job and worked very hard the entire time. I believe this company is unprofessional and slightly dishonest. I googled Zerorez and thought I was calling Zerorez. Instead, I called these guys. I should have been tipped off by the woman answering the phone with "Hello?". Come on, if you use a business telephone number personally, answer in a professional way. I asked if this was Zerorez and she said yes. We scheduled my appointment and they said the technician would call a few minutes prior to showing up. The day of our appointment came and Armando showed up. I knew immediately it wasn't Zerorez but figured whatever, my mistake. I called the company again while he was here just to figure out my mistake and she said that they are "Zero Residue" not "ZeroRez". They even checked into my guard gate as ZeroRez. Kind of fishy. Anyway, I ended up doing just 1 room because by this point I was reading all the terrible reviews and was freaked out. It was $69 which is a little steep but whatever. Again, Armando did a great job but I'm not using these guys again because professionally, they could use a little help.
