I used this company to close one of my properties in AZ a few years ago, and I bought title insurance policy from this company to protect possible title issues. I reported to them some issues recently, and it took them 3 days to think about it and told me that they could not any thing nor give any suggestions. they are supposed to know something about title, but they don't. Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge about title.
