I'm torn. I switched to this vet due to a change in location. I wish that I'd stayed at my trusted west end vet. I've been there twice now with my cat. First appointment I met with a non-friendly vet who suggested oral care food because my cat was (for the first time) in need of two teeth being extracted. Coming back two weeks later for a complimentary follow up regarding the cat's weight, I saw a different, more friendly vet. This vet then seemed baffled that the previous vet would suggest the oral care food, as it breaks down less easily, and would probably be painful for the cat to eat with her current tooth issues. Not ideal, as I'm on a budget and shelled out a good handful of cash for the big baggie of tooth food. I'm just left feeling annoyed by this place. Front desk staff generally friendly and helpful... one was very candid about the cost of tooth extraction, and questioned the necessity of this at the moment. I'm not sure I'll go back - very close to home (cat doesn't travel well), but I don't necessarily have full trust in them as I did with my previous vet. :\
