I'm very hesitant to try 'chain type' businesses when going in for a service like eyelash extensions. I've had extensions for a few years now, I've never used the 'strip' lashes most girls use today. I will tell you you're not going to get a 'strip' look from extensions; you'll get a more natural, prettier look. I was going to an eyelash lady in Scottsdale for a while since I've moved here; but I was not satisfied with how long they were "lasting" and the length/thickness.
I tried this place out for the deal and I figured if I didn't like it I could get them removed at a different salon. I called and got an appointment for a removal and full set the same day (had to get my last set removed) and I got Brandi.
Brandi is the sweetest, down to earth, easiest person to talk to. She wants what's best for the lashes you naturally have and want to help you get the look you want. I love her.
I have had two fills since and one correction. The fill that required a correction was scary to ask for, I hate complaining or making a big deal, but the ladies at the front were so professional and easy to talk to.
The second fill I had was with Nicole. She's the sweetest, very nice and easy to talk to also. So far I love this place and don't plan to change places for a while.
