I've been a Verizon customer for well more than 10 years from northern Calif to our recent move to Las Vegas. This store has proven most satisfactory on each of my 3 visits here, and absolutely EXCELLENT with the customer care I have received from Mitch. Look no further. Come here, sign in and ask for Mitch and patiently wait for his expertise, patience, answering of all your questions and fixing of any problems that are reasonably fixable. Pay attention to any suggestions he may make about product or plans. Mitch has worked for Verizon a long time and knows his stuff. Verizon is very lucky to have Mitch. He would be a great asset to any employer.
