Wife bought a Groupon for a sofa and loveseat cleaning... Now, our sectional is definitely larger than a standard sofa/loveset so I was expecting extra charges when the tech showed up... He did show up, within his 2 hour window, and he did have a extra charges. Groupon covered a 5 cushion, my sectional is 6 cushions + a chaise lounger. Fair enough. Cost to cover extra area, $60. Go ahead and do it.
I wouldn't say this was the most professional company, but the guy was on time and did a darn good job. Equipment was a little beat, he showed up in a beat personal minivan, no uniform or anything. I wouldn't recommend and I would also call around for other quotes before using again... But I'll give 4 stars because they really did no wrong other than seeming a little unprofessional.
