I should have looked them up on yelp before I called them. I too have not received the $85 incentive. I have called them repeatedly and now they won't even answer the phone. I blocked my # and they answered and as soon I spoke the guy cut me off and said "Scott would call back" and that was at 10:00 am today.
I had my window replaced a month ago! Also, the rear view mirror is loose and shaky and they twice have said they are coming out to fix it and just haven't shown up. At this point I really don't want any of them near my vehicle any more!
I have used other companies with similar incentives and have never had a problem. This was quite a learning experience for me. They are completely unprofessional and rude. I did send a complaint out to the AZ Attorney Generals office as well.
