Delivery is a joke. Terri's has a third-party vendor that they vouch for and I will hold Terri's accountable because they choose to do business with this company. Their "four hour window" is merely a suggestion. If you are purchasing from Terri's, plan on staying home the whole day. I was promised a window from 12-4 p.m. and made plans in reliance on that window. Surprise! I get a call at 11 a.m. from the driver saying they are five minutes away and had "no idea" about the delivery window. I had to rush home to try to beat them to my place so they could make the delivery. If the delivery window is a lie, don't bother having one.
Purchased an armoire that had been listed at Terri's since 2016, so that might give future consignors an idea of the turnaround.
