I came in for a VIP car wash and instead I now have to get new new molding on my driver door due to the car wash I had. I immediately asked for a manager and he preceded to tell me me they are not responsible since my damage was caused to to my molding being dry rotted. First of all There were no cracks in my molding prior to me coming here since that is what dry rotting means and I know my car was fine until I went to have it washed. I now have a slice all the way across my molding that was caused by the car wash. Management told me to go to Toyota a it should only cost me around $30.00 to repair. Really???? I work in customer service and in no way does the place know anything about that! I paid $20.00 for the worst carwash inside and out and then my molding has been damaged and that is what you call customer service by manager Dane Canterbury at the location in Mesa. I always go to Francis and Sons and never had one problem. I have tried calling their corporate office and there is no way to actually leave a voicemail. I would not recommend Full Circle to anyone and please think twice about going there too.
