I've been wanting to write a review for quite some time. I had a friend refer me last year to Ultra Smooth Skin when my regular med spa was booked up. I scheduled my Juvaderm and Botox appointment and was looking forward to it as I live so close to the The Village and thought it might be a convenient place to go! Well, how I was wrong! I was barely greeted with a smile at the front desk and told to fill out some brief paperwork. Then I was told to go sit in a waiting room where I proceeded to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time with no explanation. After that things seemed to only go downhill from there. Upon meeting Lisa Williams I was greeted very coldly and my overall impression of her over the course of my visit was of a very unprofessional and condescending woman. I didn't find her injection techniques overly impressive nor her bedside manner. I left the appointment feeling disappointed and overall just bad..I myself am in the spa industry and I can honestly say I would never treat a customer with the kind of negative attitude Lisa does. The med spa industry is highly competitive and customers have tons of choices these days! The best choice you can make is to avoid this place at all costs!! I know I won't be returning or spreading any positive reviews to friends!
