I couldn't be happier with the kindness and attention that I experienced today. First, the front desk is handled by a staff of efficient, bright and genuinely kind people who respect you too much to be fake nice. Then, the dentists are personable, charismatic and pragmatic. To top it off the assistants (forgive me-- I don't know what the real term/title is) are so upbeat and kind. They are willing to sit with you and discuss all of your questions, concerns and get you REAL answers. They lend a quiet and genuine comfort that makes you feel really taken care of, this is something that is few and far between.
I have had an ongoing issue that I have been too afraid to address, well, those days are over. I was tended to quickly and efficiently. I was given options---actual options that I could actively choose from towards my care plan. These options were truly thoughtful, clever and reasonable options, maybe you've been to a health care provider that steamrolls you into thinking you only have one choice---not here. I was offered assistance towards my payment structuring and options. I don't have dental insurance, and I can say confidently that Susan Hylan set aside some real time to consider my needs and she REALLY put forward a plan that I could happily get behind.
I give this place five stars without even thinking twice. Mind blown in the best way. I almost hesitate to give five stars, as I don't want to have to wait months for an appt! ;) They are kind, thoughtful, and very much rooted in the real world. I try to only leave reviews when its above and beyond, Hylan very much went above and beyond for me today. If you are also living with a condition that you are too afraid to deal with, today is the day; this is the place. Go. They'll take care of you more than you realize.
