I had an appointment for my son at 7:30 in the evening.....I dropped him off since we were having major issues.....They did not see him or admit him until midnight....get this they charged him for a full day....was told he would see a doctor....two days later he did......he signed an ROI.....release of information so we could help him through what he was going through......left many messages to see what was going on and to advise on what was happening to help them understand my son...... no responses.....They gave us his Doctors number to call direct......Dr. Sharon Jones was more concerned on how and who gave us her number than the quality of service she was giving my son.....which was unacceptable....he only saw a Dr. twice the entire time he was there.....Trying to get help from anyone there is like pulling teeth.....My son has been to other facilities due to his condition and has been there longer and with great help and communication from all involved. My son called and said they were releasing him.......he had technically been there 3.5 days.......they charged for 5.....the only time they wanted to talk to me was for money.......I would not recommend this facility to get help.....The state needs to get involved to determine if they should even be allowed to have a license any more.
