Let me start off with saying the front of the office staff is amazing I really loved them and felt welcome! When we saw the dr I felt like he rushed us out so I wasn't so happy with that. As far as Jessica in the back where you order your glasses.... She ruins the entire experience for me! She is slow, forgetful, and never calls you back. I made the mistake of paying extra for a warranty on my sons glasses but am not able to take full advantage of it because Jessica isn't doing her job on her end.
