I wish I could leave a better review, but my experience was cut short. I was told that an appointment was needed to open an account on a Saturday, which I have never encountered at any other bank (they have always been first come, first serve, save for loan appointments). They gave me a card with their number and invited me back on weekday or with an appointment, but instead I came home and opened the account online. Since I have their Southwest credit card and they already had my information, it took well under 10 minutes. I would have rather opened my account with the cash I pulled out specifically for this purpose, but instead I had to drive back to my current bank, deposit the cash back into the account, and transfer it to the new account online after opening. I used to work at a bank and went in to a branch because I know it can be hard to hit those product goals, but it must not be that hard for this branch. Hopefully this branch will give better service with current customers if I need them in the future.
