It's nice to walk into this store and get a Homesense and Winners at the same time. There are often a lot of options but the prices on many of the interior design items are overpriced in my opinion. Also, the customer service is really bad. I wanted to buy a suitcase there but I noticed that there was a lock missing on it, yet it had the keys for the lock. So I asked the cashier what can be done about it, offering my two suggestions which were to take a lock off one of the other smaller versions of the suitcase or to give me a discount for the defective product. The manager at first said nothing can be done and insisted both I and the cashier search for the lock in the suitcase. Of course it wasn't there. I insisted that I wanted to buy it, so she then offered me $2 off! What a joke, and an insult. I told the manager that I'd have to go out and buy a lock but you can't find a lock for $2. Needless to say, I did not take the suitcase.
