I'm not sure how I feel about Tails. It's not the best experience, though not the worst either. I've been to Tails once before they renovated. It used to be huge and they had so much stuff to look at. Since then, they've moved down the street into a much smaller location. They have a small but interesting selection of small pet supplies (hamsters, etc). They have all the basics like food, housing, bedding, etc. They carry some brands that other pet stores don't. Their reptile section is nothing to look at. They carry cat and dog supplies which I did not look at because I don't own either. As for their live animals, I think they have a great selection of hamsters. They carry pure bred winter white dwarfs here (not the regular Campbell's dwarfs) and also chinese hamsters. I did not see any robos but I would not be surprised if they get them time to time. Yes, the prices are higher but I haven't seen these anywhere else in Toronto. I only saw a couple birds and lizards. No fish Staff here are not that friendly and don't greet you but they are not snobby either. I would definitely come here if you are looking for high quality dwarf hamsters or other rodents.
