If you really like being disappointed in your car and humanity, this is the car dealer for you! Everyone here tells you what you want to hear to make you go away and then the disappointing reality that (a) they don't know what they are talking about and (b) are incapable of solving a problem slaps you in your frustrated face.
The inter-department communication is non existent from my experience yet the common thread of being curt, dismissive and defensive is overt and evident. Run from this place like your ass is on fire, unless you like being in an over priced and miserable situation. At this rate I would rather drive a Kia.
