Their customer service is the primary reason why I am giving this office a low rating. I found the office through my insurance provider. During the registration process a question is asked - what is important to you in a dentist office. My response was information and service. I received poor information and service primarily through the follow up. I was never called back after my appointment regarding the prices for the dental work I would need. After more than 2 weeks I call to inquire but the office was closed. The person I talked to informed me she would leave a note for the office. A week and a half later I call back again and I finally speak to the person who was supposed to call me back. It would have been so much of an issue if the dental work information was cosmetic. Because it deals with pain and sensitivity I was extremely disappointed at the level of care and service provided. At one point the dentist asked me if I would consider straightening my teeth. I told him it was a pressing issue but It would depend, ultimately in price. I really liked the dentist but when it comes to information I would have preferred he tell me the affordability compared to the issues but that conversation never happened. It was likely suppose to happen at the wrap up with the receptionist but those are were my issues stemmed. Overall I liked the dentist. The person who was the most informative was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. I received a wealth of information for him and protective and preventive information. He made the process very easy and definitely the highlight of the visit when it comes to service and information. When I finally spoke to someone, almost 4 weeks later, she started to give me pricing but not the full details. She told me about the more expensive crown and never mentioned the cheaper version. I appreciate quality and I would have likely chosen the better quality version but knowing I wasnt getting the full information to decide for myself was disappointing. If I had not have known previously about crown quality I would have not thought to ask her about other options. Overall service and information was low. Even though I received quality service and information from 1 person it didn't make up for the 4 weeks of wondering and waiting.
