Why choose between flowers and sweets when you can give your girl both?
Lol my sweet Hubby surprised me with a beautiful Hello Kitty arrangement for my ever so special 22nd birthday. What was really cool is how he customized the fruit as different shapes. There were pineapples in the shape of flowers, two number twos, and even Hello Kitty herself! There were also strawberries covered with semi-sweet chocolate and a Hello Kitty balloon to top it off.
Contrary to other people's reviews, my fruit were actually very fresh and ripe! Our only problem really was with the delivery. Hubby had requested the delivery to be made at 1pm since we weren't going to be home in the morning. So I get a phone call at 12pm from a guy saying, "Hey Courtney, I'm with Edible Arrangements, and I'm at your house for your delivery." Umm, okay. My first thought is why are you calling ME?! I figured it was from my grandma since I was expecting a card from her. He ended up leaving the gift outside our house since the next delivery couldn't be for another 3 hours. When we got home, Hubby gave me the arrangements, saying they were from him. Awww! It was sweet, but would have been sweeter if the delivery guy followed simple instructions!
Long story short- beautiful arrangements, terrible delivery. It was expensive ($100+), but remember: food is the way to a woman's heart. ;-)
