My family of five bought our very first home from Danny Welsh and American West. It was a very exciting and emotional process for us. Our new house was a dream come true for my husband and me and especially our three young daughters. As first time homeowners, we were nothing but exceptionally happy with the overall process and our home.
I remember the superintendent, Tommy Boelsma, and his team were very thorough in preparing our home. After we moved in, Tommy came by to check on us a few times to make sure we were settling in. Doug Kostiv, the QA Manager, was very informative during our home demo and even gave us quite a few tips on how to maintain our home and where we can go for assistance in the years to come. I had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed in the first couple of years. Danny Landers from their warranty company, Home Service Plus, was very professional and was able to correct the issues quickly.
My family and I are looking to "upgrade" in square footage and we are looking at American West once again. There are so many options that they offer and it is making it difficult to narrow it down to a specific community and plan. We love all of them! Now that our three daughters are growing quicker than we want them to, we will definitely need to upgrade.
