I have occasionally browsed in this elegant, conveniently located Apple boutique in Bloor West, but today was my first purchase. I needed to buy an accessory and they had exactly what I needed. In short, most of the convenience of an official Apple Store without having to travel to ends of the earth to get to one.
This boutique is an Apple-certified location, selling genuine OEM accessories, high quality third party accessories, and Apple's core products, including the iPad Pro. They accept ApplePay, have very friendly staff, and are not intrusive while you shop. That said, they are very helpful when you're looking for something specific and when you might be buying something not designed for your product. I heard another customer buying a power adaptor and the staff at checkout asked a couple of questions just to make sure that the adaptor was the right one for the product the customer owned.
