Jason came out to check out an issue with my hot water heater. Turns out, the pilot wasn't lit - yeah, seriously...he gave very sound advice on what he would do were it his home, considering the age and quality of the water heater (old, but reliable and top quality) and even though he could have made a lot of money off of me, he advised me against any action that wasn't necessary. He took a look at a few other minor plumbing issues and gave me the cost of repair/replacement, but advised since they were still working fine, he would wait until they actually legitimately needed repair since the costs were high. Due to this integrity and professionalism, I will only trust Tinker Plumbing in the future. I was impressed with Renae who handled the appointment, sending a plumber out right away, and I was pleased to not be taken advantage of despite my plumbing ignorance. Highly recommend.
