I was a transferred customer from Pro-Tan. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The place is clean enough. The bathroom is stocked with a few minors to help renew your hair after tanning. While the defunct Pro-Tan at 32nd and Thunderbird was nice too, this new place PBT has a really nice special bed, but it is also the most expensive one. The bed has controls for the type of tanning rays, chosen before you get on the bed. The bed has a lightly scented mist for cooling! Amazing easy to reach buttons inside the bed for controlling the face tanners, the spa-style music trac and volume, easy visual of the timer, and an on/off button. After using this pricey bed for a year+, I've found the bed's awesome scented cooling mist is empty all but 3 weeks of the last year. I noticed the tanning bulbs have not been changed (just the face tan bulbs), and I barely get color now. This bed gets more use than any other bed in the place, you'd think they'd maintain bed and REPLACE bulbs with the use this one gets. My expensive 10-tan package will be up soon and I'll prolly be looking for another tanning company. I will miss the bed, but apparently it has already seen and passed it's glory days with the lack of maintenance.
