Worst experience in renting an apartment ever. Still stuck here, but it seems that I gotta nag the office just to get maintenance fixed. Blinds and screens in eternal backstock...uhhh have you check home depot literally a block away? I mean at this point I might was well do the maintenance myself, but it's kind of hard to do when one problem is the a/c (try sleeping at night when it's 100° inside the apartment) and the other is the extended rent bill (trash, water, sewage, and maintenance fees partially sold separately) seems to keep going up. Also when I came in to do the work order there was another set of robbery/break-in reports again. Low funds for a security guard and maintenance crew? Possibly. I could see that as when I actually see them, they actually look like they're doing hard work, but wait I see balloons, party favors for the model units, a guy twirling signs for the place and new leasing agents every month (hi I'm...wait who the heck are you??)...so it seems more of the effort is to suck you in here in hell, not make you feel like you've found a place of sanctuary.
Point is, I'm pretty there's a statute NRS 118a.- that they violate in every aspect possible...so if you're reading this, stay away.
Btw, when I moved in the very first night, I accidently caught a ghost (least it looked like a child staring at me) while taking pic of my new place. If this thing is still here, I wonder if it'll help me scare them to do their jobs....hmmm
