Horrible. Used a Groupon. That old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly fits here.
-Technician spent the whole time trying to upsell me on spot remover.
-Didn't move ANY furniture- not even an end table.
-Took my sprayer off my hose to use my water and just left it on the sidewalk. Never even put it back.
-Dumped all the lint from the cleaning on my driveway. I had to sweep it up.
-When I asked for a receipt to give to my landlord he wrote on it "customer should have paid for spot removal". I asked for a receipt. Not a commentary. Clearly he was angry I didn't pay his upcharges.
- Steam clean ONLY. no detergent used at all. Not at all what the groupon implies
- they charge you tax on top of the groupon which they don't mention. Cash only. I never have cash. would have been nice to know.
