RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! They came to service my 6 year old Thermador cooktop. I told them exactly what was wrong and they had the model number. When they arrived, they did not have the right socket so had to leave and try to find one. They came back and strip the bolt. Repairman says he'll have to come back with a Dremel and cut the bolt out b/c he doesn't have one with him. He said issue was a switch. I ask him if he can order it so when he comes back he can just make the repair. After a week and a few days of no call back I call and Rocco says he tried to find the part and they don't make it anymore (note cooktop just under 6 years old and they boast quality and longevity when selling) but he was checking one more place and would call me back. ..Never called back and has not returned my calls with multiple messages left. So I called Thermador myself, and they said they still make all the parts and to call mr appliance for repairs. They are coming tomorrow. Take your money elsewhere. And DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THEM FOR REPAIRS.
