I've lived here for almost 2.5 years (.5 from my brief hiatus living in central Phoenix). There's a reason I wanted to move back here again, well more than one reason to be honest. One, it's a screamin' deal- esp. if you have a roommate. Two, the interior is well kept, all of the appliances are pretty up to date, countertops, mixture of wood flooring and carpet, which I totally appreciate. The grounds are also well kept and maintained regularly. I've always received mad compliments when I have guests over.
Parking? Plenty of it! And a good portion of it is covered
Maintenance? On the ball. I swear I noticed the light in my kitchen was out in the morning, and I was leaving for work. I might've mentioned it very briefly in passing, but I hardly remember. I do; however, remember coming home, going to turn on the light out of habit, and boom! There was light! I was taken aback by how quickly and almost physic the the service was.
What I love most about living here? The people! Shoutout to Randy and Isaiah because they are always so accommodating, professional, and personable. This place has great people and great energy! Part of me kind of wants to live here forever- even when I'm rollin in the dough wildly successful.
