We went to Star Nursery because it was the closest to our home. We were highly disappointed by the response from the "information" desk in the back lot. We were looking for some rocks to be delivered to our home so we asked the gentleman in the shack named "information". He rudely said they were closed. When my husband asked if we should speak to the Landscaping" people at the front of the store, the rude guy said, uh no....the rock people are in the Grey portable unit back there. How would anyone know that??? I say this was a missed opportunity by the man who supposedly had the "information" for not explaining that they could assist us during the hours of blah blah to blah blah. The guys stacking the shopping wagons were very friendly. The "infomation" booth could take a lesson from the guys placing the shopping wagons!
