I am 30 weeks pregnant and new to Charlotte. I had the best care in California, never had an issue. My pregnancy thus far, thankfully, has been a smooth and healthy one. I was told I had to drop off my records in order to be approved as a patient....fine, no problem. It was supposed to take 5 business days. Here it has taken over 2.5 weeks and I have probably spoken to over 7 people at that office now. I am now going on 4 weeks since I have seen a doctor. I seem to be dealing with nothing but incompetent people, although everyone I have spoken to has been pretty nice and patient with me. I do not understand why it takes over 2 weeks to review the records of a completely healthy potential patient. I should have listened to the reviews on this place, however a mutual friend recommended them and it is about a mile from where I live, so I figured why not. This obviously is not a good start. Don't waste your time here.
