Does not deserve even 1 star. I've had a PO Box at this location for over 20 years. I have consistently received the wrong mail in my box. I learned to carry a Sharpie with me to write bold notes on mis-routed mail and then I hand it to a postal worker at the counter. In the last few years I continually get bill payments for the business that has the box directly below my box. Really? Exactly how difficult is it to read addresses and put the mail in the correct box? This year I am missing all kinds of vital mail pertinent to my business: incoming payments, vendor bills, state and federal forms and other important documents. If a PO Box in no longer dependable for receipt of mail -- what other choice is there? Anybody read the Constitution lately? When you call their phone number (702-558-7486) it is ALWAYS busy. I wish to complain to the Postmaster; but if I send a letter, I doubt he/she will receive it. And if I go there in person, I will have to stand in line, only to be told that the Postmaster is out for lunch, on break, not there, or will not see me....
