I am completely addicted to this form of relaxation ! The atmosphere is very calming from the large reception area to the cool-down / change area. The staff is great, very helpful and accommodating. The bedrock room is great - ok, I don't know about every benefit purported about far-infrared, but the feeling I get within minutes of laying down on the hot stones is amazing. The music within the bedrock room is very calming, there is no speaking in the room, and you are left to your own thoughts while the room does the work for you as you sweat. Though you would assume the hard stone is uncomfortable, the heat that permeates from it is what makes it quite the opposite. As you take your water breaks, there is no cell use in the common change room so it remains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff continually cleans up the common room as well as each stone bed after each client. From the attire provided, including towels and pedi-flops, to the recharged feeling after each session, it is a great experience. I have not tried this with the combined yoga, so no comment there, but the basic 'meditation' of the stone spa works for me.
