I have eaten here 3 times and have been very dissatisfied, after all the hyp I've heard about it. My 1st experience, I got a barbaco bowl. When asked which beans I wanted I told the employee "black beans" his response was, "They're called African American". Totally uncalled for. Then I was shorted on meat after I saw large heaping mounds given to others, during my 30 minute wait. My 2nd experience, I ordered a chicken burrito with chips and guacamole. The chips were EXTREMELY salty and were barely edible. The burrito was good until I bit down on a bone, from their "boneless" chicken. My 3rd experience, I ordered another burrito bowl with barbaco and steak with chips and guacamole. Needless to say, I was hoping like hell that the 3rd time would be a charm! That came up short of a wish! My 1st bite had steak on my chip. When I bit down it was tough and grisly. Bad straight out of the gate! Which left me very judgemental. Then as I often do(at other mexican restaurants) I use the chips to pick up my food. Then what I began to notice with my chips is that they were STILL EXTREMELY salty. It also seemed like last nights chips were mixed into the fresh ones of today. Some really soft abd terrible and other quite yummy. Lets just say you're buying my next if I'm returning. No more time or monet wasted with Chipotle! I'll stick with Qdobas or Moe's!
