I was a frequent, local customer of this nail salon but will not be returning. I walked in at 10 am to be told to come back at 11 am (because I didn't have an appointment). I arrived back at 11, then sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes in cold water and when I asked a few times "how much longer?" they kept telling me "a few more minutes". I left after 45 minutes and kindly expressed my frustration on my way out. Their response was "ok". I am very disappointed because their female technicians are very friendly. The young man was extremely rude and I won't be returning.
