I love this restaurant. The only reason for the 4 stars is my recent experiences with takeout. The food has never been ready when it says it will be ready, which negates the convenience of takeout. Two previous times I placed an order online and walked in right when it said it would be ready and had to wait another 5-10 minutes!! That negates the benefit of takeout. Today I placed my order online at 12:00 and it said it would be ready at 12:15. Knowing it's not always ready right on time I went in at 12:25 and it still wasn't ready. The employee had to make it while I waited. I've always only ordered the turkey pita (which is served cold) with a side fruit salad. So there's nothing to be cooked at all! I probably won't order takeout again because I expect the food to be ready when they say it will be ready.
