I've been living in units owned by RPI for about two years now, and couldn't be happier. My roommate & I have worked with Kristy to find a house that fit our needs, and she made the process so easy. Since living in their properties, I've been particularly pleased with the quick response by the maintenance department. I think every time I've reached out to them they have taken 24 hrs or less to address and solve the problem. I also love that they have an online system to report any maintenance requests, as well as to pay rent. It makes my life so much easier. Super happy with the quality of service and just the all around attentiveness by them (and I am picky).
