Sales rep Tommy is horrible. Acted the whole time like he had better things to do than help us. He yawned while looking up availability of a phone we wanted, and was on his own personal cell phone the entire time we weren't asking him questions. The lady who greeted us was nice and prompt, which is the only reason why this place gets the second star. Having worked in sales/customer service myself, I can recognize when someone doesn't care about their job. Beware when shopping here.
