On visiting the facility for my calcium score test l was told that the test is worth 71 dollars. I confirmed the total charges twice with them one over phone and then in person. I then had my test and paid the price in full on my credit card. However, a few weeks pass and now in my mail I get a bill of 457 dollars. What the f****! This place is a sham shop, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Edit: Called the billing helpline today, after infinite wait, I was able to to connect. Initially the lady told me that I am enrolled in a payment plan so I paid 71$. But when I ranted about how I had confirmed the total payment twice prior to the test. She interrupted that my balance is 0$. I asked her the reason and she told me that the billing department weren't communicated by the lab about the test payment. This is so unprofessional, I asked her what if i had made the payment before calling. And she bluntly told me this is what the helpline is for to call if you have questions? Really? The bill clearly says make the payment online to avoid collections and it takes forever to connect clearly the don't want to be contacted. I will let you connect the dots!
