I knew the hotel was not 'first class' or close. Fact is it was nice and clean, quiet, and the staff very friendly. I was concerned that for the price, I'd be in a crummy part of town. On the contrary - Travelodge is nestled between two gorgeous neighborhoods - Edgewater and Lakewood. Go to Edgewater Beach as well as the park at Lakewood. Well worth your time for natural beauty so close.
