For 6 years I was a high roller. On July 7 they installed a new system that makes you think you are earning more points. All of the regular high players hate it. They have called and complained and including my self and a woman in customers relations never called me. On the day it was installed pure chaos. They are pushing their tobacco. So much for a healthy environment.
