If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When you call you can never reach a live person and they don't call you back for days. Was never notified that they recently changed ownership or that my Dr. Left the company. Had to come in and fill out paperwork all over again because of the ownership change and meet my new doctor. Sat in a patient room for over and hour and was chased down by the Dr. As I started to walk out. She ordered lab work for me and when I came in they had no record of the types of tests ordered - lab technician had to go see the Dr. To find out, leaving me in the blood draw chair for almost 30 minutes. had lab work done and they said they'd call me with the results when they came in in about a week. 3 weeks later they finally called me after I left messages 3 days I'm a row. Come to find out they had them back 16 days prior and within 4 days of my lab work! Dr. Called and said she was writing new prescription and needed to know where to send it - gave them my pharmacy (they should have already had it on file). Called the pharmacy the next day and they still hadn't received it. Reception staff are rude and not friendly at all. I've called over there at least 20 times and have never been able to talk to a live person. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
